1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZenPoll web utility, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the utility.

2. Core Philosophy & Service Limitations

ZenPoll is dedicated exclusively to day-level scheduling coordination. We do not provide granular hourly slots, integration with external personal calendars, or appointment booking workflows. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

Poll creators hold full authority and responsibility over their data. Secure UUID management keys are provided to poll creators to facilitate full data control, including the capability to perform an immediate, permanent "Hard Delete" of all associated records at any time. We do not guarantee continuous uptime or indefinite storage of polls beyond the specified automated lifecycle boundaries.

3. User Conduct

Organizers and participants are solely responsible for all content written into meeting titles, descriptions, and name fields. Harassment, spamming, and injecting malicious scripts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate ballot deletion or IP-level blocking.

4. Modification & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for modification, suspension, or termination of scheduling utilities.
